The goal
The client wanted to better connect with its audience by creating a more distinctive image while remaining fully aligned with the guidelines of the parent company, a national bank.
The strategy
We retained the parent logo and branding elements while adding a unique and compelling tagline and leveraging business-specific content/imagery.
Cultivated business insights using primary resources (focus group feedback, client briefs) and secondary research.
The implementation
Produced drafts of business narrative and key messages, refining the details in collaboration with client
Developed custom tagline options and worked with client to narrow down selection
Created a package of signature imagery for use across marketing collateral
Developed supplemental guidelines for client – an easy reference when applying “sub-brand”
Developed creative for print/digital ad campaign

THE OUTCOME
Client confident in new identity elements, and pleased with the balance struck between business identity and parent brand. Sales and Marketing teams said the new package of print and digital promotional materials are an invaluable tool in their prospecting efforts.
